Bristol - city branding

中世の街並みを残しながら、アートや音楽など新しい文化の発信の街でもある、ブリストル。イギリス南西部に位置するこの街は多くの作家やアーティストが制作の場として選ぶ街としても有名です。コンセプトを「アイデアから理想へ（idea into ideal）」とし、ロゴを２Dから３Dにすることで表しました。また、様々なイベントを行うことから、イベントごとのアイコンを使った観光用ポスター及びポストカード、を製作しました。シリントンカレッジ課題 。

Having the remains of the medieval city, Bristol has also created new cultures in art, literature and music. The city is located in South West England and chosen as the place to seek inspiration by many creators.  I designed the logo transforming itself from 2D into 3D based on the concept I set, “idea into ideal”. Since many festivals and events are held all the year around, I also created an entirely new visual identity including posters, postcards, app and stationery using various icons that represent each activity in Bristol.
